Service Description
Oftentimes we put a good deal of energy and thinking-time into learning how we will birth our babies, but then assume the 4th trimester and how to breastfeed will just ‘happen’. We wouldn’t dream of learning about how to give birth when we are actually in labour. And, yet, learning how to breastfeed and care for a newborn baby when we have one in our arms can be exactly like this! And this most natural of partnerships can be anything but straightforward. This course will give you all the information you need to make informed choices about feeding and loving your new baby whilst you recover from every type of birth. Suitable for first time parents as well as more experienced hands.
