An in-person postnatal group with plenty of chat, laughs and yoga to help you restore your pelvic floor, core and move mindfully with your growing baby.

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, all appointments must be paid for in full if outside of 24 hours notice. This allows me to offer the appointment to other clients.
